EXTRAORDINARY MINISTER OF HOLY COMMUION
LECTORS
Distribute the Most Holy Blessed Sacrament at our masses. Extraordindary Ministers can volunteer for Saturday, Sunday, Holy Day, and other special liturgies throughout the Church year.

Bring Holy Communion to the homebound or to those in one of our three parsih long-term residence facilities. Extraordindary Ministers can volunteer to serve on a team dedicated to this role.

Proclaim the Word of God at our masses. Lectors can volunteer for Saturday, Sunday, Holy Day, and other special liturgies throughout the Church year. In the absence of a deacon, the Lector also announces the petitions of the Prayer of the Faithful. At Masses without music, the Lector leads the Entrance Antiphon and Communion Antiphon.

MUSIC & CHOIR
The Music Ministry is composed of adults, teens and children who participate in choir, and several quartets and instrumentalists who enhance parish liturgical celebrations.

FINANCE COUNCIL
The Finance Council advises the pastor on the temporal needs of the parish, and how they can be met through proper budget preparation, periodic review of income and expenses; also, by financial development and fund-raising activities. GIFT CARD CERTIFICATE (SCRIP)
A church-based program that assists parishioner families with Catholic Education costs. Gift Card purchases (Acme, Giant, Kohl’s) can be made after all weekend Masses or at the Parish Office during business hours. Receipts can be turned into the Parish Office for a 5% credit for all Catholic educational programs, institutions or aid with our Holy Rosary Regional School subsidy costs.

PASTORAL COUNCIL
A consultative body which advises the pastor in matters pertaining to the life and mission of the parish, assisting him in discerning, expressing and fulfilling the parish pastoral mission. The pastor presides over the council, which is composed of parishioners who are nominated by the parish and who are appointed by the pastor. Contact: the parish office.
PRE-JORDAN
The Pre-Jordan program provides parents and godparents of children about to be baptized with a fuller understanding of Baptism, and affirms their own faith and responsibilities as their “child’s first and best teacher.” Contact: the parish office.

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL (SVDP)
Our main mission is to help our neighbors experiencing difficulties. We provide personal services to those in need, and organizie service activities including an annual turkey dinner drive at Thanksgiving, an Advent Giving Tree for Christmas gifts and running clothing and food collection drives. The former Serve Our Neighbor (S.O.N.) Committee merged with this SVDP group.​ We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Rectory meeting room.
